Man stole engagement ring of one girlfriend to propose to another

A man stole rings and other jewelry worth around $6,270 from one girlfriend to propose to another in Florida.

In Florida, a man stole rings and other jewelry of one girlfriend from her jewelry box including a diamond ring from her grandmother. The total worth of the stolen jewelry was around $6,270 from her. Reportedly, the police have issued an arrest warrant for this man as he had not only stolen his girlfriend’s engagement ring but wedding bands as well to offer to his second girlfriend.

An Orange City, Florida woman discovered the fiancée’s facebook page and saw that the jewelry matched the ones she had received from a previous marriage. She notified the police that she had found out her boyfriend had another fiancée. After that, a man named Joseph Davis was to be found by the authorities in Volusia Country as reported by the NBC news reports as even Sheriff’s deputies launched the investigation for this.

Later, the Orange City woman contacted the fiancée who returned some of the jewelry pieces. Both the women split up with the 48-year-old man who also goes by Joe Brown and Marcus Brown. Further, he had made an attempt to deceive the fiancée by telling her that the house was his when he took her to it which belonged to the Orange City woman in reality.
